The Tower is divided into 2 parts; a Commercial one in the front which was designed as a podium including 5 stores and a residential one perceived as an 18-storey tower. The concept was to create a tower that works with the environment and deals with the hot weather through shade and shadows. The Southern elevation was designed with a resistance to the inside, which created the balconies that provide shadow, while the northern elevation was designed with windows directly to the outside. This equation created a unique eco-friendly Tower.
