The project was a privacy challenge because the neighbors are so close and even the front neighbor is only 10 metes away. So we began the concept by creating an enclosed space in the side (northern side) to provide the family with a private open area in the heart of the project. Moreover, we created a flying structure in the front elevation to provide the master bedroom with a private open-air balcony.
